It's been years since we've been here. The lowdown: buche has that crunch and softness of the meat, asada is good but not like the original vapor tacos ( not mashed meat), tacos de canasta is more like the vapor tacos which is the meat consistency is mashed like jack in the box 2 tacos. The chili with tahin gives it that extra punch and with the green salsa - medium spicy. Place is clean and staff is helpful. Would return for more when I'm in the area :) Parking lot in this strip mall available.
I had a great experience at El Bukanas. The food was tasty with a good amount of meat. Some reviews mention the portions are small, but I thought they were just right. I enjoyed my meal and will definitely be back.
